AdvanCed Computing aNd sysTem (CCNT) Lab is a joint scientific research lab in College of Computer Science, in Zhejiang University ZJU. There are 7 teachers and more than 100 students (more than 30 ph.d. students and more than 70 master students)in the lab. It is dedicated to the promotion of world-wide scientific research and industrial development to explore the fundamental roles as well as practical impacts of Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Computing, Multimedia and Embeded Computing. The three main research areas of the lab is Grid Computing, Biometrics and Embeded System. Located on the ZJU campus, CCNT Lab has played an important part in research of ZJU and Economic Development of Zhejiang Province. At present, focus groups at CCNT aim to research Grid Computing, Biometrics and Embeded System and we have undertaken a series of large-scale and important national programs in these research areas. CCNT own rich research and development experiences in applications of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Intelligent Car.
The major goals of CCNT are to cultivate persons of ability who will play imortant part in both scientific research and engineering and to promote the development of computer science.
