This system uses a neuroscience ontology (based on the extension of Yale SenseLab neuroscience ontological model) to mediate queries across a set of neuroscience and biological databases including NeuronDB, CellProDB, BrainPharm, CCDB, CoCoDat, EntrezGene, UniProt, Pfam, and Gene Ontology
It is built upon the DartGrid Platform.
